Can I paint my rims without taking the wheels off? I want to paint my rims black and I don’t know how (and please don’t tell me how easy it is because I don’t want to take the wheels off) to take the wheels off myself. Can I paint them just by sanding, priming, and painting them without taking the wheels off or do I HAVE to take the wheels off?
well, i don’t see the harm of keeping them on, so if I were you, i’d cover the brake caliper and the other stuff around the wheel and paint away :] (and leave the paint to dry for a few hours so it stays on).
